SMS Messaging Policy

This SMS Messaging Policy describes how Wren and Stone LLC ("Wren and Stone," "we," "us," or "our") uses SMS text messaging to communicate with our clients and authorized users.
1. Program Description
Wren and Stone sends SMS text messages to provide operational notifications and service alerts to authorized users of our technology solutions. These messages are transactional in nature and directly related to the services you have engaged us to provide.
2. Types of Messages
You may receive SMS messages from Wren and Stone related to:
- Service Alerts: Notifications about the status or performance of systems we manage on your behalf
- Operational Notifications: Updates about changes in market conditions, system state, or other monitored parameters relevant to your services

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Wren and Stone.

Message frequency varies depending on the services you use and the alert configurations you have selected. Typical frequency ranges from a few messages per day to several messages per week. During periods of high system activity, message frequency may temporarily increase.
5. Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS messages from Wren and Stone, reply STOP to any message.
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

7. Costs
Wren and Stone does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
8. Supported Carriers
SMS messaging is supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, our messaging service provider. Twilio processes your phone number solely to deliver messages on our behalf and is bound by their own privacy practices and our data processing agreement.
